Ingredients

With a melon scoop make balls from the following:

1 ripe rockmelon

1 ripe honeydew melon

1 ripe watermelon.

This is nice with a fruit sorbet or our own Fruit and Nut Cream (page 129).

Directions

Fill the empty watermelon shell with all the different melon balls you have made.

Chill before serving.
